Forget how I look, it’s about what I can DO

Repressed because it is true. One of the most important things about being a runner is the shift in focus. It is no longer about how I look (as the mismatched Zensah sleeves and goofy fuel belts will tell you) but about what I can DO! My body is a gift not a curse I have to whip into shape. I run because it makes me happy and strong. What’s your reason? Fitness not image | A runner must run with dreams in his heart.
